A project starts only when both parties agree to those terms in writing. The accepted proposal or service agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Fees and invoices
We invoice for the scope agreed in writing. The invoice states the amount due and available payment instructions. Online checkout is not currently available on this website. Additional work requires a separate agreement or change to the agreed scope.
Your role in the project
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and the access or materials needed for the agreed work. You must have the right to share any content, credentials, or data you provide to us. Delays in access or approvals may affect the timeline.

The accepted proposal describes the deliverables, any revisions, and how you may use the final work. Third-party platforms, tools, and licenses may have their own terms and fees. We will identify material third-party costs for your approval before incurring them on your behalf.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the accepted proposal, our Refund Policy, and applicable law. Please contact us promptly if you need to stop or change a project.
