Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for custom SEO projects.

Free proposals
Requesting a free SEO proposal does not create a paid order or require a payment. We discuss the scope, price, currency, timeline, and payment terms with you before any paid work begins.
Before work begins
If you cancel a paid project before we begin, we will refund the amount you have paid for that project, less any third-party costs you expressly approved in advance and that we cannot recover. We will explain any such deduction.
After work has begun
If you cancel after work has started, we will account for the services already performed and any approved, non-recoverable third-party costs. We will refund the remaining amount you paid for work that has not been performed. We will share the calculation with you.
Ongoing services
For ongoing services, the cancellation date and any notice period in your accepted proposal or service agreement apply. We will calculate any refund for prepaid, unperformed work under those terms and applicable law.
If there is a problem with the work
Tell us what is wrong through our Contact page. We will review the agreed scope and the work delivered, and discuss a reasonable correction or refund where appropriate. A change in search rankings or traffic alone does not establish that a refund is due, because search results are influenced by factors outside our control.
How to request a refund
Email contact@ivisionhub.com or use our Contact page and include your name, invoice reference, the service involved, and the reason for the request. We will review the request and explain the decision and any refund calculation. An approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment method where available; bank transfer arrangements may require additional verification.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer or other rights you have under applicable law. If an accepted proposal gives you more favorable refund terms, those terms apply.
