Terms of Service
The terms that apply to an iVisionHub subscription: what the service is, acceptable use, simultaneous stream limits, payment, cancellation and liability.
These terms govern your use of the iVisionHub website and any subscription bought through it. Placing an order means accepting them. They are written in plain language because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
What the service is
iVisionHub provides access to third party audio visual streams delivered over the public internet, together with an electronic programme guide and an on demand catalogue. We are a technology and access provider. We are not a broadcaster, we do not produce content, and we do not claim ownership of any channel, film or series reachable through the service.
Because the content originates with third parties, availability can change without notice. Channels are added, removed and replaced as upstream sources change. A specific channel being present today is not a contractual promise that it will be present tomorrow.
Your responsibility for rights
Broadcasting and viewing rights differ from country to country. It is your responsibility to make sure that watching a particular stream is lawful where you are. By subscribing you confirm that you will use the service in a way that complies with the law that applies to you. If you are unsure, take advice before subscribing rather than after.
What you get
A subscription entitles you to a set of credentials valid for the period you paid for, carrying the number of simultaneous streams your plan specifies. A standard plan permits one stream at a time. The Duo and Family plans permit two and four respectively.
You may install a player on as many of your own devices as you like. The limit is on concurrent playback, not on installations.
Acceptable use
Credentials are issued to one household. Sharing them beyond that, reselling access, or running them through a redistribution service is a breach of these terms, and lines detected doing so are suspended without refund.
You must not attempt to capture, rebroadcast, record for distribution, or reverse engineer any part of the service, and you must not use it to break the law in your jurisdiction.
Payment and renewal
All plans are a single payment for a fixed period. Nothing recurs automatically and no payment method is stored on our side for future use. A subscription ends when its period ends unless you choose to buy another.
Prices shown on the pricing page are inclusive and in the currency stated. Payment is taken by a third party processor.
Trial, refunds and cancellation
A free trial is offered before purchase specifically so you can confirm that the service works on your connection, your device and for the channels you care about. Taking it is the recommended route and it is the reason our refund position is narrow.
If a fault on our side prevents the service from working within the first forty eight hours of a paid plan, and we cannot resolve it, contact us and we will deal with it fairly. Refunds are not offered for a change of mind, for content that a rights holder has withdrawn, for problems caused by your own internet connection or hardware, or after a line has been suspended for breach of these terms.
You can stop using the service at any time. Because nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel.
Availability
We aim to keep the service continuously available and we size capacity against peak demand rather than average demand. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Upstream feeds fail, networks between us and you fail, and maintenance occasionally requires downtime. Where an outage is on our side and materially affects your subscription, we will extend it rather than argue about it.
Support
Support is provided by message on WhatsApp, Telegram and email, every day. We will help you install and configure any device listed on the installation guides page. We cannot repair your home network, your router or your hardware, though we will usually be able to tell you when one of those is the cause.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end a subscription without refund where these terms are breached, where credentials are shared or resold, or where activity risks the stability or lawfulness of the service for others.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here at the time you place an order, and the date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use an active subscription after a change means accepting the updated terms.
